How do you capture the images?
All the photographs are taken using professional Canon equipment as well as custom SPL water housings designed specifically for surf photography.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately as all the images are digitally sent we cannot offer refunds as there is no way to return the product, however each problem will be assessed on a case by case basis.
How long will my photos take to be on the website?
We strive to get the images from the shoots online as soon as possible, however this can take up to 2 – 3 days (weekends included)
How do I purchase a photograph?
Simply select the photograph you wish to purchase and follow the instructions for payment then the image will be sent to you via email.
Why do you send the images by email instead of as a download?
By sending the images as an email we can ensure every image is of the highest quality as well as offering you a back up of the image via your email account. This also means that if you have any problems or need advice on printing you can simply reply to our email.
Will the images have the watermark on even when I purchase them?
No. When the images is purchased we do a final edit to ensure the image is of the highest quality and then remove the watermark before it is sent to your email.
